All animals will be honestly represented, healthy, feeding, and correctly sexed, unless otherwise agreed upon. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, you must contact me within 24 hours of receipt, and I will replace the animals, if available, or refund your money.
If a return is due to my error, you will receive a full refund. All other returns will receive a refund of the original amount less costs that I am unable to recover, such as shipping charges and credit card transaction fees.
I accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Checks, and Money Orders. Animals must be paid in full prior to shipping. If paying by check or money order, I will ship after payment has cleared my bank.
Arrangements can usually be made to hold or reserve an animal for a 25% non-refundable deposit.
In most cases, I will ship FedEx Overnight. Other methods of delivery are possible, and can be discussed at time of purchase. Contacting me upon receipt of your animals is strongly encouraged, so that we may address any issues.
